PROJECTS IN KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA :

PCM Strescon Overseas Ventures Limited has executed two projects in the Kingdom of supplying Pre-stressed Concrete Railway Sleepers for North South Railway Project of Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR).

  • CTW 400 - King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) to Az Zabirah Junction

CTW 100 - HAFAR AL BATIN :


  • Consortium Leaders: SAUDI BINLADIN GROUP, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Stretch: Raw Al Zour – Al Zubaira Mines sector.
  • Greenfield manufacturing plant for manufacture and supply of Pre-Stressed Concrete Sleepers with a production capacity of 3200 PSC Sleepers per day.
  • Contract completed.
  • Manufactured and supplied 1,211,216 prestressed concrete sleepers for axle load of 32.5 MT heavy haul track.

CTW 300 - AL JOUF :


  • Consortium Leaders: BARCLAY MOWLEM LTD (Laing O’Rourke), Australia.
  • Stretch: Al- Nafoud to Al- Haditha, Hazm Al-Jalamid and Al-Basita sector.
  • Set up a Greenfield manufacturing plant for manufacture and supply of Pre-Stressed Concrete Sleepers with a production capacity of 3200 PSC Sleepers per day.
  • Contract completed.
  • Manufactured and supplied 1,360,256 prestressed concrete sleepers for axle load of 32.5 MT heavy haul track.

CTW 400 - King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) to Az Zabirah Junction :


  • The Company is in the process of executing additional orders for supply of 150,000 sleepers to the CTW400 segment of North South Railways in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS :

The Company has signed a Contract for the manufacture and supply of 675,000 units of prestressed concrete sleepers and 104 sets of turnout bearers with the Etihad Railways, Abu Dhabi for the Shah-Habshan-Ruwais Railway line which is in the process of execution. This Contract includes the setting up of a fresh green-field sleeper manufacturing plant.


PROJECTS IN INDIA

Larsen & Toubro / DFCCIL / CTP 1 & 2

  • This project is part of India's goal for a dedicated freight corridor. This is the 1st plant set up solely for the project manufacturing 25T Axle load Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers with order of 2.4 million sleeper ( Rs 400 Crore ).

Ballast Less Track Work for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd

  • Construction of Ballastless track along with Flash Butt Welding of Head Hardened Rails for DMRCL between Lajpat Nagar and Shiv Vihar ( 61 Kms TKM ) under contract CT – 1B as an associate of Ms Alstom Transport India Ltd under Phase III of Delhi Metro ( Already completed 15 kms )
  • b.Construction of Ballastless Track for DMRCL between Jama Masjid and Lal Quila on ITO-Kasmiri Gate Section of D along with Flash Butt Welding of Head Hardened Rails MRCL ( Work completed )
  • Construction of Ballastless Track along with Flash Butt Welding of Head Hardened Rails for DMRCL between Sadar Bazar and IGDT on Janakpuri – Botanical Garden section of DMRCL ( Work in Progress )

Group companies Ventures in JV with other construction companies

  • Construction of Ballastless track for DMRCL between IGDT and Sankar Vihar on Janakpuri – Botanical Garden Section of DMRCL Phase III with JV partner M/S Emrail of Malaysia.
  • Construction of Bhuj – Naliya port rail connectivity line in JV with Ms RITES India and Ms Sapoorji Pallonji Roads Pvt Ltd. ( 125 kms ) under the name of BNV Gujarat Rail Pvt Ltd

Flash butt Welding

  • Execution of 60000 joints by Mobile Flash Butt welding machine at Arakkonam – Kochi etc in Southern Railway of India
  • Execution of 11000 joints on Zind – Gohana – Sonepat new line Section of Northern Railway of India
